Regis Learning Solutions Merges with techniques.org

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regis Learning Solutions (RLS), a leading provider of custom and ready-to-deploy business simulations and other experiential learning solutions, announced today that the company will merge with techniques.org, a premier developer of online learning products. The merger is effective as of May 1, 2009.

Regis Learning Solutions, a six-year-old company with headquarters in Golden, Colo., develops and deploys custom learning programs for businesses worldwide. techniques.org, established in 1997 and based in Wheat Ridge, Colo., specializes in e-learning solutions, primarily for the government, and is an industry leader in advancing the Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) initiative.

Executives of both companies say that the merger will bring together complementary skill sets and expertise.
